When they get the menus out at Blauw, then, finally… maybe you will see the light?
Selera is Indonesian for ‘taste’. Selera Blauw is the tasting menu at the Blauw with
18 different courses. The Dutch call it rijsttafel. Indonesians call it nasi padang.
