It is the restaurant at the (new) Lydmar Hotel in Stockholm.
No neon signs. My guess is that guests will find it anyway.

The lobby, designed by Julian Schnabel. “It is a study in careful
contradictions - jazzy but purposeful” says the hotel website.
So you are not staying in a suite? Then expect rooms to be nice, well designed
