On the inside it shifted from wallpaper manufacturer HQ to design hotel. On the outside
its modernist 1958 looks will stay the same. The façade is on the national heritage list.

Typical PR lingo used to describe the Sanderson and in its lobby in particular: ”…a surreal
Cocteau-like dreamworld with a lushly landscaped interior courtyard garden”. Or something.
