Omisoshiru – or as we deadly say; ”miso soup”.

Probably the most abused Japanese serving. Here, prepared and cooked to perfection.

The miso… sorry, the omisoshiru is prepared with konbu-dashi, a bullion with seaweed, (konbu is Japanese for kelp). The recipe is, however, varied from day to day according to season and the chef’s personal preference.
