Entrecôte no yakiniku – Blue Light Yokohama-style

Dear Japanese restaurants in Stockholm – please, use this as blueprint for your yakiniku!

It’s one of the more simple ideas for a Japanese meal I’ve ever encountered and it works pefectly fine! Cut an entrecôte in thin slices. Cook it in yakiniku sauce. Serve it directly from the pan with some crispy salad on the side.
