Turkish Airlines serves pretty good food in Economy!

It may not look like much but it was way tastier than anything
I’ve eaten on any SAS or Lufthansa flight lately.
Airlines rarely surprise me in a positive way these days. But flying from Stockholm to Amman via Istanbul made me a fan of Turkish Airlines. Flights were on time, the staff was rather efficient and the food… Do you see the porcelain tray? Do you see the cutlery? It’s not made of plastic! Plus, it tasted way better than anything I’ve eaten on a plane the last 1000 days.
Turkish Airlines is one of the most recent members of the Star Alliance. Why are other members of the alliance unable to deliver on this level? Can it really be that hard? My hat’s off for the Türk Hava Yolları!
