Q: What is it? A: A rather good Italian restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam. Eating Italian in Amsterdam? Sure! I requested something else from the concierge at the Dylan hotel but he presented Bussia to me with so much confidence that decided to believe it hook, line and sinker. Any regrets? None at all. [...]
